Provision of Registered Office and Registered Agent

All companies must maintain a registered office in their jurisdiction of incorporation. This is the official address recorded at the Companies Registry.

The registered office must hold statutory records, including:

  • The Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • The Register of Directors
  • The Register of Members
  • The Register of Charges
  • Accounting records
  • Board minutes and resolutions
  • Copies of documents filed with the Companies Registry

Maintaining accurate statutory records is a legal obligation. It is a core part of proper corporate administration.

Companies are best incorporated by a licensed Corporate Service Provider and agents who have defined statutory and regulatory responsibilities, and who must understand the nature and purpose of the company’s activities.

As a licence holder regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, we are authorised to provide both registered office and registered agent services.

We generally provide these services as part of our wider administration offering to ensure appropriate oversight and compliance.
